Due to the distance selling regulations where a Customer is not satisfied with Goods and / or does not want them the services may be ceased within 7 days (cooling off period) of notification by email, telephone or fax and a full refund less the pro-rata # days will be made. Customers will be liable for any and all associated costs incurred by us in terminating these services including any and all costs incurred by us with our suppliers of goods and services. We are unable to offer refunds on any domain names purchased from us.
